What is the turnaround time with orders? Standard orders I aim to dispatch all my standard orders within 1-2 days of ordering. The method of postage is Royal Mail Second Class Post to the UK and Republic of Ireland and Airmail to the rest of the world. You will receive an notification when your order is dispatched.
Trade orders I aim to dispatch trade orders within 1 week of the order, however large orders may take slightly longer. I will give you a good indication of how long the order will take once an order is received. I will also give you an indication of the postage costs prior to sending out the order.
Customised orders I aim to dispatch customised orders within 1-2 weeks of the design being approved. Larger orders may take longer.
How are orders posted? To reduce using plastic cards will be placed inside their accompanying envelope for protection. The card is then posted out to you in a square hard backed envelope to prevent bending en-route. Prints are wrapped in either tissue paper or brown paper and then posted in a hardbacked envelope or brown cardboard tube depending on size.
What is your return and refund policy? Standard orders If you wish to return an item you please let me know within 48 hours. Any item/s that you wish to return must be returned to me within 7 working days of receipt, unused and unopened. I cannot accept responsibility for any returned items which are lost in transit on their way back. Once I receive the returned item/s the refundwill be issued for the full purchase price. Unfortunately postage costs are non-refundable. The return delivery costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned.
Customised orders Due to their nature I can’t accept cancellations on made to order or personalised products after order confirmation. In addition, personalised orders may not be cancelled or refunded once final proofs have been approved. Upon final approval of your personalised order I can not accept returns due to any and all errors (such as misspelled words etc.). By approving your final proof you accept responsibility for the information and layout as shown. If errors are discovered after proof approval, I am required to charge for a reprint.
It is important to me to provide a high standard of product and customer care. If you feel this has not been the case please let me know.

We do share your information with some third parties to help process your order. Your payment is processed via Paypal and we share your delivery information with Royal Mail to post your order. Our website is built with Create and all information is stored securely on their servers.
We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our Site. We do not hold your credit/debit card details.
